Are the hot tubs inflatables?
No they are not, our hot tubs are made by Softub which have been in the industry for over 30 years. The tubs are formed and insulated, we purchase their top of the line model to exceed our customers expectations. |
How big are the hot tubs?
Our tubs hold 5-6 adults with 4 comfortably and have a 300 gallon capacity. You can opt to bring more people into the fun with our optional decking surround. |

What do I need to provide?
We need access to a standard 110v outlet within 35 feet of the hot tub water. That's it! |
How much space is needed?
You will need approximately 8 feet around, 9 1/2 feet with the decking surround and 10 feet with the canopy. |

Can I put the hot tub anywhere?
Pretty much, yes. It needs to be on a fairly level surface and is supported well. With it filled, it will weigh about 2400 lbs. Backyards, decks, patios, garage or use your imagination and have fun. |
What about chemicals?
We provide everything you will need and give instructions on how to keep your water sparkling clean for your entire rental period. |

How long will it take to heat up?
We will deliver your hot tub 2 days prior to your rental period begins to allow time for heating. In many cases our customers ask us to connect to their home's hot water and fill the tub, allowing the good times to start right away. What do you do with the water when you pick up the tub?
We use a pump to remove all of the water and can dispose it to a location of your choice, just let us know the location of your choice. |
How do you clean and maintain your tubs between rentals?
We always make cleaning and sanitizing our tubs a number one priority, our multi-step process begins with a sanitizing chemical solution through the entire tub before and after each and every rental. For the next step, we flush all of our tubs with fresh water and then hand-wipe it clean. Next step in the process is to clean the exterior. Our staff takes the time to hand wash and scrub every surface with soap, bleach, disinfectant, and water. We take pride in the fact that all of our tubs are clean, sanitized, fresh, and safe for all of our customers to use. |

Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. The lessee of our tubs and equipment will sign a liability waiver and rental agreement. The signatory is responsible for any damage sustained to our equipment during your rental term and releases Chillntub LLC from any liability should an injury occur to themselves or any guest or user during their rental term. |
What is your delivery area?
Our normal service radius is 35 miles from Crystal Lake IL. but we will deliver further distances for a delivery fee. Contact us to learn more!! |
